Our apartement house
Since the summer of 2016, we have 7 additional apartments available for holiday makers or short-term renters. We are very proud of our new state of the art building and believe you will be pleasantly surprised.
The seven apartments with a size of 40 m² to 65 m² can be booked for a holiday but also for short-term living. During construction, emphasis was placed on high-quality, natural materials and so all apartements are equipped with solid wood furniture as well as with a robust oak floor and allergy-friendly mattresses.
An appropriately equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven invite you to cook yourself - you can enjoy your meal on the balcony or on the ground floor on the terrace with a view of the Salzburg mountains. If you don't want to cook youself - the Laschenskyhof is just a few minutes walk from the apartement house. Here you can enjoy all meals in one of the cozy parlors or in the garden with a large children's playground.
For children, the apartment house has its own small play area in the garden, as well as go-karts and pedal tractors.
We also offer an own laundry room with washer and dryer for families and short-term residents.
As you can see - the Laschenskygut not only offers you a perfect opportunity to spend your vacation on the outskirts of Salzburg - you will also find yourself in a pleasant atmosphere that you can also experience at home, making your most beautiful days of the year an unforgettable holiday experience.
Short term living
All apartments at our new apartment house can be booked as well for companies and musicians as a short term living possibility. Therefore, please contact us for our special rates!

The apartment 201 is located on the ground floor and can be also used by disabled people. A terrace as well as usage of the garden are the highlights of this flat.
The kitchen is exclusively equipped with the following

After a hard day of working or sightseeing, you can relax on the cozy lounge with a couch. The bathroom is equipped exclusively and is wheelchair accessible. There is a hairdryer as well as towel radiator. In the sleeping room you will find a king bed, which can be used as 2 seperate beds. Cable TV equipment is in the living room as well as the sleeping room. Free of charge WiFi can be used the whole apartment house.

This apartment is located on the first floor and you can enjoy the sunset over mountain Untersberg and mountain Staufen from one of the two balconies.
In the fully equipped kitchen you can find a fridge, a dishwasher, ceran hotplate and oven for your own bakery, a nespresso coffee maker, a water heater as well as tableware. A cosy furnished living room with lounge and sofa complete the eat-in kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer and a towel dryer. In the sleeping room you will find relaxation in the comfortabe double bed, which can be seperated to 2 single beds.
You will find 2 cable TVs, one in the sleeping room and one in the living room. Of course a usage of free of charge WiFi is included in the room rate.

The apartment 207 is located on the second floor. Two spacious balconys with a view to mountain Untersberg and Staufen (with wonderful view of the sunset in Salzburg) is one of the highlights of this flat.

Cable TVs are in the living room as well as in the sleeping room. Free of charge WiFi can be used in the whole apartment house.
